Congratulations to Charlene Sizemore (91) for her recognition by Senator Ed Tarver (93). Senator Ed Tarver (D-Augusta) introduced legislation, which was adopted by the Senate, honoring the service of Mrs. Charlene Sizemore.
She has been instrumental in designing programs to promote economic development in Georgia through her work as a former chair of the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. Sizemore was also one of the early proponents of workforce training who stepped forward to encourage the Commission for a New Georgia initiative of Gov. Sonny Perdue following the completion of the Workforce Development Task Force effort in 2005.
Congratulations to Ed Belinski (89), who returned to the field of education as assistant principal and development director of Immaculate Conception School in downtown Augusta, a religious based school for almost 100 years.
Congratulations to Daniel Craig (95) on his appointment by Gov. Sonny Perdue as Superior Court judge for the Augusta Judicial Circuit.
Judge Craig, who has served the people of Augusta and Richmond County as district attorney since 1993, brings a strong record of service to the position. We wish him much success in his new position.

Congratulations to Joe Neal Jr. (01), who obtained a $3,000,000 Jury
Verdict in U.S. District Court in Anderson, South Carolina for a mentally
retarded man who was riding his bicycle to work and was struck by a
tractor trailer that swerved off the road.
Congratulations to Randy Brown (04) on his new position with Homeland
Security. He still works at SRS, but with the Savannah River National
Laboratory (SRNL).
